Celebrating the little things

Today was the end of my first week of Physical Therapy (PT) for my knee. (I injured it about a month ago and to avoid surgery we’re trying to strengthen it with PT.) I’ve been faithful to do my home exercises (surprise!) and things are going well. I still have to be careful on extending my knee or it’ll catch or want to buckle.

So, I decided to celebrate by visiting my friend “Cookie”who owns a restaurant and makes delicious Thai food. I hadn’t seen her in a couple months (I can only go so often unfortunately) and we were actually able to chat for a little bit. I found out she’s opening another restaurant closer to me and I just don’t know where she finds the time! She misses everyone stopping by and is still trying to build up a business so she doesn’t get to visit much.

And then on the way home I was greeted by a gorgeous sunset. What a present from my Father!

This picture doesn’t do it justice!

About Traveling Mosaic

I'm on a journey in this world, hence the "Traveling" part of the name. My life is also made up of pieces that, when the Master completes it, will be a beautiful Masterpiece, hence "Mosaic."
